In force since 3 April 2025: a new tourist flat needs the favourable vote of 3/5 of the community. Existing compliant operators are protected.

Up to three-year moratorium on new licences
Since August 2025 new tourist-dwelling licences are frozen (until 2028) via a change to the urban plan (PGOU). It does not affect already-registered dwellings.
